The first step to a healthy life!
Vaccinations reduce the incidence of infectious diseases and minimize the damage caused by various viruses and germs.

For women in particular, regular checkups and vaccinations are essential to prevent diseases such as Rubella, Hepatitis A/B, and Cervical Cancer.

Types of Vaccinations

Rubella (MMR)

Essential for women planning pregnancy. Infection during early pregnancy causes congenital defects in 80-90% of cases, leading to heart disease or microcephaly.

Cervical Cancer (HPV)

Prevents cancer caused by Human Papillomavirus. Risk is high around age 20 and for those with frequent external irritation or family history.

Chickenpox Vaccine

Highly contagious in group settings. Infection in early pregnancy can cause fatal congenital deformities or neonatal varicella syndrome in the fetus.

Tetanus (Tdap)

Neonatal tetanus is rare but has a high fatality rate, making it essential for women of childbearing age (1 dose; 3 doses for those born before 1982).

Hepatitis A

A serious disease that can lead to liver failure in adults. Two doses 6 months apart provide lifetime immunity after an antibody test.

Hepatitis B

Vertical infection from mother to child via the placenta is possible. This virus can lead to liver cancer or cirrhosis. Requires 3 doses over 6 months.
